You have high uric acid level anf its commonly seen in gout.

Uric acid is produced from protein metabolism. So you should avoid high protein diet. Milk, cereals, dals, eggs, meat and other high protein diet should be avoided. Take carbohydrates and fat.

Diet for depends on cause of high esr. It can be due to anemia, infection, tubercolosis, inflammation, autoimmune disease, paraprotienemia, malignancies etc.

Diet depends on cause. So consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
