HI
Thanks for posting your query.
Well Mononucleosis is a viral infection which doesn't spread through any food or water. Hence there is no such diet which can claim to be directly helpful for preventing flair-ups .
But the recurrent infection or flair ups indicate low immunity of the body and to increase the immunity you can take food rich in anti-oxidants like Lemon , Orange, Pomogranate, Garlic, Almonds, Carrots, Beetroot, Tomato.
Drink Plenty of water and do aerobic exercise like Jogging or cycling or even Yoga is also good .
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .
Regards.
