                                            Need low calorie diet
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I have seen your reports. The two issues seen are abnormal levels in lipid and liver profile.
The lipid profile is abnormal but it does not need lipid lowering medicines yet. For this you need precautions on diet and exercise. In diet, please avoid high calorie foods like butter, ghee, cream, icecream, chocolates, sweets, pizza, burger, paranthas etc. Include low calorie foods like:
crackers instead of cookies,
rotis instead of paranthas,
oil instead of ghee,
fruits and salad instead of cheese,
skimmed milk instead of whole milk etc.
Fiber is important and you must ensure a liberal intake of vegetables and salads. Avoid Bakery products like white bread and buns, cakes and cookies as these are mostly made with refined flour and butter.
Regarding abnormal liver profile, please take hygienic food and clean drinking water. Avoid medicines like paracetamol and other pain killers, any other medicine as these may be hepatotoxic. Avoid alcohol, smoke, etc. Wash hands everytime before eating. Can also try syrup liv 52 1 tbsp twice a day.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
