Question : which is better supplement diet for 4 months boys, Unable to provide breast feeding.
feeding XXXXXXX milk since one month back, please suggest me best supplement diet which is having no side effects.

Ideally breast feeding is best feeding.
But in case of its non availability you can give formula milk till 6 months of age after which complementary feeding is to be started.

Cerlelac is to be srarted after 6 months of age.
Till 6 months of age babies intestine can digest only milk either breastmilk or formula.
I suggest you to wait for another 2 months.

as of now we are feeding XXXXXXX milk from last one month and day back we fed farex unfortunately boy got cold and cough. is XXXXXXX milk safe for boy?

After breastmilk formula milk is second best option as composition is closer to mothers milk.
Cow or XXXXXXX mulk is not recommended as it is hard to digest .
