HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Fat can be found in some butters, oils, some meat or parts of meat, dairy products, eggs.

The use a low fat diet, substitutions would have to be made for example:

(1) using egg whites instead of eggs

(2)low fat milk, low fat cheese, cottage cheese and low fat yogurts instead of normal dairy products

(3)low fat butter, using olive oil or corn oil. Avoid using fried foods, used baked or grilled foods

(4)Meat- lean white aspect of chicken (the breast), turkey

Lean aspects of beef, ham, pork

(5)Fish- all types of white fish can be used
Shellfish as well

(6)using a lot of fruits and vegetables

The above basically constitutes a low fat diet

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
