Brief Answer:
Fresh fruits and salad

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting your question on HealthcareMagic.

In order to be focused and alert you should take food rich in iron and vitamins.
This includes fresh fruits, dry fruits mostly almond and walnuts.
Green vegetables like spinach, jaggery.
And also fresh fruit juices in the breakfast is highly recommended.
Never skip your breakfast: have a healthy balanced meal in breakfast, this helps a lot.
Supplements like vitamin and minerals maybe taken after checking blood for hemoglobin, iron, Calcium, B12 levels, folate levels.

Hope this helps
Best wishes
