Want to reduce fat around my stomach... please give some suggestion.

You haven't mentioned your height, weight, waist circumference and hip circumference in the history sheet. I would also need the following information for a personalized answer-
1. Do you have any current medical illness?
2. Do you suffer from diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorder or have you ever checked whether you have any of these problems?
3. Do you have a family history of any of these illnesses?

Now, for the time being I would give you some general advice to stay healthy and have less central obesity-
1. Avoid empty stomach for more than 4 hours during day time and have small amount of meals at a time.
2. Plenty of clean drinking water, preferably 3-4 lit/day
3. exercise for 45min-1hr per day.
4. Restrict salt consumption to less than 5gm/day
5. Restrict oil consumption to not more than 2 tablespoon per day.
6. High fibre diet and diet rich in green leafy vegetables.
7. One fruit per day after proper washing
8. Avoid smoking, tobacco, alcohol, carbonated beverages, spices and junk foods.
