Question : Hello,
Today I took my daughter to get a well-visit. I was told she might be getting too big; bu
t, currently she is average. I really dont want to turn her too big. What are some healthy foods that is recommended for infants of 14 months? What should I stay away from?

I understand that your daughter was underweight and is getting more weight gain than necessary.
I would advice to cut down on icecream and grilled cheese.
Other foods you mentioned are fine
Increase fruits and vegetables of any type.
Try cutting down on cookies and chocolates .
Soups and oats should help in attaining medium range weight.
Milk can be given upto 3 glasses a day, not more.
