                                    Brief Answer:
Milk and milk products are main sources
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.
Milk and milk products are main sources of calcium. If you do not want to drink milk, then some legumes, vegetables and almonds can be taken. But these do not have sufficient calcium content.
If calcium deficient then supplements should be taken.

thanks. Is there any some other medicines or tonics available to cure calcium deficiency. Do we have any things else like treatment?

                                    Brief Answer:
Yes supplements are available
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Yes supplements are available to cure calcium deficiency. A total of 1000mg calcium and 200 IU of vit D can be taken daily. Two cups of milk are usually enough to provide the required dose of calcium.
You should document deficiency by doing a blood test of serum calcium and Vitamon D levels. If deficiency is present, you can take the supplements like shelcal-500 (lower dose of calcium) or megacal (higher dose of calcium). There are many other good brands like osteocalcium, sandoz etc.
No other treatment available.
