Question : Have a UTI have augmentin 500-125 MG on hand trying to remember dosage- I think 2x a day for 3-5 days correct?

I have gone very carefully through your query. Augmentin (500+125) is usually one tablet given twice daily but can also be given thrice daily. The dose is to be taken for 7 days to 14 days in case of an UTI although dose for other infections is 3-5 days.
