Question : I missed my midnight dose of carvedilol 12.5 mg. I take twice a day. Can I have not missed a dose in 6 months. Can I just wait until my next dose?

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that you can just take your next dose on its fixed time.

Just forget about the missed dose. As if you take both the doses close together your heart rate can fall below the desired levels.
