Suggest Dosage For Celexa And Modafinil

Question : I have bee taking 10 mg of celexa and 200 mg modafinil ( 400 at 8am 200 mg at noon) I have been on this dose for a year and it has helped me a lot. Is this a safe dosage?

Hello, and thanks for your question.

Modafinil is not safe above a maximum of 400mg daily. There is research that shows it only gives side effects and is of no benefit at all in terms of symptom relief at doses above 400mg. I would lower the dose to 400mg daily.
