Brief Answer:
12 hours later another 0.6

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the initial dosage is 1.2mg followed by 0.6mg (1 hour later). After the initial dosages, you can continue taking it every 12-24 hours. The dosage is lower this time (only 0.6mg every 12-24 hours that is). You should stop taking it when the attack has resolved or side effects have occurred.

Kind regards!
