Suggest Dosage For IBgard While Having IBS And Constipation
Question: I take 2 tablets of IBguard for IBS. It has helped me a lot including constipation. The medicine information on the box says maximum is 8 per day but 2 seem more than adequate. Is there a specific side effect of taking one or two per day?

2 daily are sufficient for a majority of patients and that is what they take. Maximum doses of 8daily only applies to person with severe IBS symptoms. There is no side effect taking less than 8 daily. This is rather good for you.
