Question : I take letrozole 2.5mg daily I don't remember if I took it this am. Should I take one or wait until tomorrow?

It will not hurt you to wait and it is best not to take two in one day. You could try counting pills in the bottle and see if you can figure out whether or not you took it today, but if you are not sure I would just wait and take it tomorrow. It may help you to get a pill box and fill it out a week at a time then you can be sure to take it every day.
