Brief Answer:
Dosing depends upon requirements and associated side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Parkinsons disease or other parkinsonian disorder have variable response to treatment. The best response is for idiopathic parkinsons disease.
The drugs dosage and frequency and combinations depends upon patient response.
In later stages as the disease progress the response decrease and side effects increases.
Various medication are available like levodopa, rasagiline, pramipexole, ropinirole, entacapone,.Even extended release and liquid levodopa is available at some places.
My advice will be to consult a neurologist especially a movement disorder specialist and get his diagnosis and medication modified according to need.
Surgical options are also available for some cases of idiopathic parkinsons.
Provide actual diagnosis, reports and previous prescription and problems not improving with current medication and dosing schedule.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
