Suggest Dosage For Mifepristone And Misoprostol

Question: my periods are missing since 10 days .that means my last date was 26 XXXXXXX and now its 26 july but i haven't got any periods till ..i checked today for pregnancy test and it is positive .can i take gestapro tablet tonight via milk....is it safe ?? what all the side effect are??

I can understand your concerns.

Gestapro can be taken for medical trrmination of pregnancy.
It has mifepristone which is to be taken orally followed by misoprostol to kept vaginally.

It can cause prolonged heavy bleeding, abdominal cramps, nausea and vomiting.

You cam take it with milk but I would suggest you to keep your doctor informed about you taking this tablet.

After two weeks of taking the drugs, you can go for ultrasound to confirm that products of conception are expelled or not.

Home pregnancy test can come positive for upto 3-4 weeks of termination of pregnancy.
