Suggest Dosage For Nebivolol

Question: Dear Dr Ilir Sharka .. Thank you again for your responses and follow up. I have been on Nebivolol 1.25 mg for almost 3 weeks. I started to take this dose every other day and then on the third day (Nebivolo makes me tired and slow during work). I noticed that my HR is 70 to 80 and my BP is about 140/82 with or without the drug. My last dose was on Monday. However, I woke up today (Thursday) feeling my pulse in my pillow and I found my BP 110/78 and HR is 70. I wonder if this is a Nebivolol' withdrawal symptom? How can I stop it alltogether?

Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that the dose of Nebivolol that you are actually taking is really low and your symptoms are not related to Nebivolol withdrawal symptoms.

Coming to this point, I would recommend stopping taking Nebivolol as this dose is insignificant and has no effects on your heart rate and blood pressure values.

Your actual heart rate and blood pressure values are within the normal ranges.

So, there is nothing to worry about!
