Question : Hi doctor, my baby is 11 months old, doctor advise me to use nukast syrup, but whenever I give her dose she immediately vommits it, pls advise if can continue to give her nukast

I can understand your concern.
Nukast contains montelukast and levocetrizine combination used to control allergy and related problems.
Sometimes children may not like the test of one particular syrup and in such cases changing a brand with different flavor may help.
I would suggest you to try some different brands with same composition and strength like Montair LC, Lasma LC or Monticope.
You can continue with the medicine which she tolerates well.
