Question : How many days before should we start primolut n (Norestirone 5mg)for delaying periods??what is the disage once or twice daily??

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
Primolut-N should be started from day 22 of your cycle, 5mg X twice a day x daily , till as long as you wish to delay your menses. Once you stop, the menses shall return in next 5-7 days as withdrawal bleed.

Everbody telling we shoyld take only once daily..Is it safe to take twice daily??Do we have to take it on the same time through out the course.

The dosage is twice a day and if you land up taking once day , you may land up with spotting. Its better that you fix your time of consumption for the drugs.
