Question : I have bad tinnitus. Supposed to start 25mg pristiq. Can i take it after dinner? Made me feel awful taking in am. Also take gabapentin and temazepam in pm. Ok?

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Yes it is possible to take Pristiq in the evening, it is a common practice if it is causing drowsiness when taken in the morning.

However the fact that you take Gabapentin and Temazepam does raise some concerns on the drugs causing too much sedation.
So while you could give it a try in the evening to see how it goes, I would try to give Pristiq in the morning a chance at least for a week as side effects often decrease after the first week. Another option might be to try half the dose in the first week raising it afterwards.
