Question : I I have developed an anxiety disorder during the past 3 months which led to all the tests being done. I'm getting ready to fly to California for Thanksgiving and now after many years of traveling I have developed anxiety about flying. What would you suggest the dosage of pro panadol And xanax to help with this anxiety while flying. Thank you

Take Xanax 0.25 mg twice a day

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

I would advise you to take Xanax 0.25 mg twice a day and take 2 tablets of Xanax (total 0.5 mg) 2-3 hours before the flight. Don't worry, everything will be OK. Just remember that you can't use alcohol with Xanax.
Make sure your Xanax dose is 0.25 mg, if not, let me know.

I take 10 milligrams of propanodol twice a day would you suggest taking an extra 10 milligrams additionally before the flight
