Hello,

the most commonly used dosage scheme is 10mg three times daily, half an hour before eating. This is a commonly used dosage but more can be used if needed. In patients undergoing chemotherapy or post-operative patients the drug can be given as soon as 2 hours after the previous dosage. Side effects may discourage its use high doses.
