Question : taking a lot (Celexa, Wellbutrin, Seroquel XR and Seroquel, etc see attached ... but feel anxious and want to know if I can take more during the day of Seroquel 25mg than the 1 prescribed for day... haven't taken any daily for a long time, months ... but need more now, yesterday took 2 during the day ...

I read your query and understand your concerns.
From the available prescription dosage I feel there is enough scope to increase the dose of existing medications. For example select can be increased upto 40 mfg per day if there is anxiety is not under control.
Similarly seroquel can be increased to 300 mg per day as the dose of seroquel in anxiety is upto 300 mg per day.
Since there is 200 mg of seroquel at bed time the rest can be spread through out the day.
I must inform you that whatever the change you make keep your doctor informed and follow his advice as he knows better than anyone including me due to the fact that he have more details about your illness.
