Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The dosing of sinamet can be started at 0.125 mg at bed time and gradually increase according to response.
Usually 0.375 is sufficient.
Get an iron profile as it is linked with restless leg syndrome. Any deficiency requires supplementation.
