                                            Question : Hi Doctor
Thanks for your reply for my previous query regarding fatty liver. As per your suggestion I have done tests for Hep B &C and The result is negative .
Also I have done test for TSH and latest TSH level with thryronorm 100 tablet is 1.75
I am feeling better with thuroid medication
Could you please guide me should I continue same dosage of Thyronorm 100 or it has any side effect?
Is it possible to bring down the dosage in future?
Thanks

                                    Brief Answer:
Carry on.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Friend.
Since you have been maintain your TSH well within normal range you should carry on with 100 mcg of Thyronorm only.
Get a repeat TSH done after 6 weeks and let me know the reports.
As far as Vitamin D is concerned you may carry on with it or alternatively you may take Vitamin D 60 K tablets once a week.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
