Brief answer.....increase in pulse rate is common after taking thyronorm
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
It is very common to have increased pulse rate after taking thyronorm but since this complaint is not regular and moreover your level of TSH at around 2 is perfectly normal, this present dose of thyronorm is absolutely all right.
No need to increase or decrease the dose at the moment,
You have to keeps giving thyronorm throughout pregnancy since hypothyroid state during pregnancy can cause various complications.
Since the requirement of thyronorm may increase as the pregnancy advances, you need to closely monitor your TSH levels regularly under the guidance of your treating doctor.
Your dose is absolutely all right at the moment but may change according to the value of TSH.
There is nothing to worry at the moment and relax as everything is fine.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Hello,
Pregnant women body needs more blood and hence more heart beats and pulse rate.
During pregnancy heart output of blood increases by 30-50% and due to this pulse rate tends to get increased from 70 to around 90 or so. Otherwise also different women would have different hemoglobin concentration also which also effects pulse rate.
Consumption of THYRONORM also increases pulse rate.
In nutshell a pulse rate of 90 and sometimes between 90-100 is normal.
Thanks
