Question: Can I take 50mg Viagra once or twice a week as I am on sotalol?

I read your query and would like to assist with my advice.

Yes, you may use Viagra one or twice a week while you are taking Sotalol if your BP is stabilized. Adding Viagra to Sotalol may increase the hypotensive effect of Sotalol. This is why you shouldn't take Viagra only if your BP is below 100/80 mmHg.

However is recommended to drink plenty of waters before using Viagra and to avoid eating grapefruits. Grapefruits increase the effect of Viagra.
