Question : What are the different dosages of Vyvanse? I am on 70 and it really helps me stay alert and focused, but I have a hard time getting to sleep if I take it two days in a row.
I'm wondering if my dosage is too high.

You are taking 70mg per day. That is the maximum recommended dose of vyvanse.

Being an activating drug, it can disturb sleep. I hope you must be taking it in daytime.

Consider reducing the dose to 60 mg after discussing this with your doctor.
