Question : can i take zerelto in tne morning insteade of evening meal?

Yes, you can take Xarelto in the morning, if that is a time when you would remember better then in the evening.
But, it is very important that once you make the decision of changing in the morning, to stick with that plan and continue. Changing it many times can be dangerous.

So, if you think taking it in the morning would be easy, don't take it in the evening, take it in the morning, and continue taking it in the morning.
