Brief Answer:
Will be enough if you continue on your monthly injections

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns.

If you have been taking the monthly B-12 injections for treatment of pernicious anemia, then half a tablet will be enough only if you continue on your monthly injections.

If you plan that the tablets will replace the monthly injections then half a tablet daily will not enough to substitute the cobalamin deficiency as your daily intake of vitamin b12 should range from 250-1000 mcg daily in absence of monthly injection.

I hope I've answered your question.

Regards
