Question : one of my doctors has me on 40,000 units a day of vitamin D3. Some of my other doctors are trying to be polite or professional but seem to think it's too much

Not just too much but also,the use of vitamin d for sleeping and psychological problems us very doubtful and if you ask me this is completely unnecessary unless there is confirmed vitamin d deficiency...Wish you good health. Regards
