Question : My son is 2 years with 11.5 kg doctor as given azithral liquid 200. 2.5 ml once a day.is the dosage correct ?

The dose of azithromycin is 10-12 mg/kg/day single daily dose.
So for 11.5 kg weight dose of 3 ml (about 10 mg/kg/day) will be appropriate.
