Question : Have tried Cialis 5 mg with moderate success post prostate removal. Took daily but is 10 mg dose used intermittent more or less effective?

No. The tablet has to be taken, half hour before sex.
Also,sexual stimulation is needed for action of the drug.

The tablet is needed,only when you plan to have sex.
