Question : can I give honitus syp 2 tsf 3 time daily 6 year children

Give One teaspoon full.

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Honituss syrup is an ayurvedic formulation which is usually considers safe.
However I personally advice in dosage of one to one and a half teaspoon of Honituss syrup thrice a day to a 6 year old child.
So avoid it as two teaspoon full thrice a day. Rather you may give it one teaspoon full 4 times a day.
