Question : I can't remember if I took my 225g of Effexor XR or not. Should I take it now in case I didn't take it or miss out altogether. Don't know what to do.

It is much safer in this situation to simple skip the dose and take the dose at its regularly scheduled time tomorrow. This will not result in withdrawal, but it will prevent potential overdose. Everything will be okay.
