Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
Latuda (lurasidone) is used in bipolar depression. In bipolar disorder it can be used up to 120 mg per day. You can increase dose up to 60 mg on your own without any problem if appointment of your doctor is late and you have been on 40 mg and no further progress in improvement since more than 2 weeks. Later on you can inform your doctor.
