Brief Answer:
When was the last time she took the drug?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that your wife has. This drug can be taken 3-4 times per day. This means that if the last dose is more than 6hours, then feel safe to give another dose to calm her pains. If this isn’t the case, please let me know and we will see what options are available for her at this time to help address the pain.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
