I wanted to ask i missed yesterdays propranolol 1 40mg tablet. I just got back can i have one now

I been prescribed 1 a day

Does propranolol help with anxiety why does it say its for angina BP etc

Propanolol is the best betablocker for anxiety. It's a known fact that anxiety may cause tachycardia and blood pressure instability. Propanolol help in stabilizing blood pressure and heart rate. In your case it has nothing to do with angina.
