I have all tests done swabs , i have been like this for 2 years i am not sexually active , what was i had worms unknowingly , they went to my vagina which caused tichsomonas , the discharge is grey green yellow discharge with awful smell . My periods are regular, ive been checked for urinary problems and the tests are clear for that , having trichsomonas has made me bed bound got no energy feel exhausted discomfort in my bits below and its sending me mentally crazy . All i want is to try tinidazole for a 5 day course as i taken it for one day and it never cleared up , but remember as ive had it for a long time unknowingly, would it be a idea if i was given tinidazole for 5 days to see if it clears up , there is no harm in trying it surely as it might just clear it up ,

                                    Brief Answer:
7 day course can be taken
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,thanks for the information.
In my opinion a 7 day course of tinidazole can be taken when single dose of tinidazole has not cleared the infection.
The pain in lower abdomen can be due to pelvic infection, urinary tract infections etc.
But as all the tests are negative and urine examination is normal the chances of them causing the pain might be rare.
The pain abdomen can also be due to muscle pain.Avoid physical strain.Take good nutritional diet and calcium and protein rich diet.
Dont worry.It will subside.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
