Question : I'm taking mediciation for sinisitus & it says on the label 3 tablets daily does that mean only in the mornings?

If you are referring to Reactine then the answer is No.
Reactine can be taken thrice a day, meaning once in the morning then in the afternoon or evening and then at night. You may space it at 8 hour interval.
