Dear Mr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
High levels of TSH suggest the possibility of Hypothyroidism , that is reduced level of circulating Thyroid hormones( T3 and T4).
It would be helpful if you could provide me following additional information
1. Serum T3 AND T4 Levels
2. Any other investigation like Ultraosund of thyroid or other biochemical/enzyme test done?
3. Were you previously taking 50 Micro grams of Thyronorm? What was the Thyroid profile while on medication?
4. What are the symptoms you are experiencing presently?
Awaiting your response
Take care
