Question : i am taking 200mg per day of sertraline and 300mgper day of pregabalin is this dosage ok

I think, you have anxiety disorder and that why, you are on sertraline with pregabaline. Maximum effective dose of sertraline is 200 mg per day and for pregabaline is 300 mg/day. Both are effective drugs in controlling anxiety symptoms and there is no major drug interaction between them. There is no need to increase dose further, otherwise it could lead to side effects.
You can also try relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise that would keep the dose in limit.
