Question : Hi, I am 27 year old. I have Polycystic ovaries. Doctor advised to take Dronis 30. In this month I have missed taking 2 pills. I am not sure which days I have missed. I had active physical relationship during this time. I have three queries 1) Ideally my 21th day of pill should be 10th March but now there are 2 pills left should I complete tablets for 21 days cycle and keep 7 days gap before starting next pill cycle 2) when should I start taking pill next month ( first day of my period)? 3) what are the chances of my getting pregnant in this case?

Thanks for the query.

1. you should complete your remaining 2 pills .
2. you should then wait for your mense to return, and then start the next pack from day 2 of your menses.
3. dronis 30 would have prevented ovulation during this cycle and hence missing 2 pills , if it has not initiated a withdrawal bleed then the likelihood of pregnancy is low. However if you get your menses now, pregnancy would be ruled out then.
