Hello,
Nice to meet you,
Use 5 %urea hydrogen peroxide 4 to 5 drops on the side of the hard impacted wax and wait for 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat it for 3 to 4 days. The wax gets loosened and easily falls away.
It is available as OTEX ear drops over the counter.
