Brief Answer:
Thyroid

Detailed Answer:
I am sorry to learn about this problem you are facing.

If your TSH and Free T4 (blood tests for thyroid) are in the target normal range on a given eltroxin dose, then it is unlikely that any of your symptoms are due to the thyroid condition.

You may wish to see an endocrinologist in person who will thoroughly exmaine you and possibly consider ordering more tests such as

CBC
Electrolytes
HbA1c
Liver function tests
Kidney function tests
25 hydroxy Vitamin D
Calcium
Thyroid auto antibodies (anti TPO = Thyroid Peroxidase and anti Thyroglobulin)

The results of these tests could help understand if there are any other potential reasons for the symptoms you are experiencing.

None of these tests require fasting and can be done at any time of the day or night
