Exercises for brain

All exercises are good, especially aerobic- cycling, swimming, running, walking, etc. However, to derive maximum benefits, you should exercises at least 30 minutes in a day, for at least five days per week.

Specific brain exercises- such as solving a crossword or sudoku improves the brain functions. Learning a new hobby such as singing or playing a musical instrument at a later age also helps the brain.

Foods for brain

Vitamin B12 rich foods such as eggs, fish, chicken, etc are good. Omega 3 fatty acids are abundant in fish, salmon, etc, which are also healthy. Avoid too much carbohydrates and sugars. Fresh fruits and dry fruits are also healthy for brain.

Dark circles are usually due to lack of sleep or stress and sometimes due to sunlight exposure. Please consult a dermatologist for the same.
