Suggest Exercises To Reduce Belly Fat

Question: Hello, I am XXXXX weighing around 64 kgs. I am not good at dieting or comprising on food. But would need to reduce my belly fat. Can you please let me know anything which of the exercises would help me to reduce the fat.

Hi, A good place to start is to approach a Physical Therapist and ask them to teach you "core Strengthening exercises" that you can do on your own time at home. The next is to make sure that your diet has the adequate amount of calcium as calcium will help bring down abdominal fat.

I frequently get pain on my back on the muscle on the left side. At the time of pain lifting my hand gives me relife and which intensifies to raise a headache.
Can you please let me know if i need to get any additional treatment

Sounds like Arthritis

The two problems may be connected. i think you may be suffering from arthritis of the hip or spine due to the inordinate abdominal weight. The core strengthening will help with that as well. in the mean time you can take Over The Counter pain meds like Brufen (200mg) and Dolo (650mg).
