Brief Answer:
Whole eggs are high in cholesterol

Detailed Answer:
Hi
thanks for your query.

Your main concern is about having 10 whole eggs in a day and its relation to cholesterol.

Most studies have shown that taking whole eggs can raise cholesterol. The reason is that daily allowance for cholesterol intake is 200 mg and an egg contains 245 mg. Also it is not recommended to be taken if a person already has raised cholesterol or any any other risk factor for heart disease like blood pressure.

The only way of checking its effect on you is to check your blood cholesterol levels.

Hope it helps.
