Please describe in detail

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

I need details about your BP readings and the treatment that you have tried, so that I am better able to help you.

Regarding food, you should take the DASH diet. You should avoid high calorie foods like butter, ghee, creamy foods, high calorie milk, pastries, cakes, cookies, muffins, sweets, any other treats etc. You should also take low salt, low sugar and less oily foods. Adding herbs and spices like coriander, XXXXXXX ginger, garlic, etc is desirable. High fiber foods like multigrain options like multigrain atta, oats, whole wheat bread etc should be consumed. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Fruits and vegetables (salad) are to be taken atleast 4 - 5 times a day.

Hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
